3. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct

When using our website or platforms, you agree not to:

• • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or underlying code.

4. Intellectual Property

• • Your IP: You retain all rights to the data, content, branding, and confidential information you provide to us. Upon full payment for our Services, you will be granted the agreed-upon licenses or ownership rights to the final custom deliverables as outlined in your specific project contract.

5. AI and Automation Disclaimers

Given the nature of artificial intelligence and automated systems, you acknowledge that:

• • Probabilistic Nature: AI tools and agents operate probabilistically. While we design them for high accuracy and efficiency, we do not guarantee that AI-generated outputs will be 100% error-free or factually perfect in every instance.
• • Human Oversight: You are responsible for maintaining reasonable human oversight over automated systems we deploy for your business, especially in customer-facing or high-stakes environments.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Double Five Technology and its directors, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
